Privacy Policy
Answerfolio is operated by Varaporn Suwanthevarat, based in Thailand. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions or requests: pas@answerfolio.com.
What we collect
- Your contact details: your name, email address and agency name, when you email us or buy a report.
- Business details you send us: the names, websites and cities of the businesses you want reports on, and your logo. This is public business information. We don't need, and don't ask for, any information about a business's customers or patients.
- Payment details: handled entirely by Paddle, our reseller. We receive your name, email, country and what you bought, but never your card details.
- Basic request logs: our host, Cloudflare, records standard request data such as IP address and pages visited, for security and troubleshooting. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use it
To make and deliver your reports, reply to you, handle payments and refunds, and keep records we're legally required to keep. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic): receive the questions and business details needed to produce a report.
- Paddle: processes payments as merchant of record.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and the report pages.
- Zoho: hosts our email.
Report links
Each report has a private link that isn't listed anywhere and tells search engines not to index it. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with people you want to see the report. We remove a report page on request.
How long we keep it
We keep reports and related emails for as long as you're a customer, and payment records for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
