Who we are
Answerfolio (answerfolio.com) is operated by Varaporn Suwanthevarat, a sole proprietor based in Thailand ("we", "us"). You can reach us at pas@answerfolio.com. These terms apply to anyone who buys or uses an Answerfolio report ("you").
Payments and our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
What you get
Answerfolio is software that asks AI assistants (currently ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity) local questions about a business's category and city, analyzes the answers, and produces a report: how often the business is named, which competitors and sources appear, and a prioritized action plan. What each package includes is listed on the pricing page.
What the results mean
Answers are collected through each assistant's official API with web search turned on, at a specific time. They are a snapshot and can differ from what the consumer apps show, from one day to the next, and by location. The action plan is a set of recommendations based on that data. We don't guarantee that any business will be named or ranked by an AI assistant, or any particular marketing result.
Your use of the reports
- You may rebrand the reports, share them with your clients and use them in your own services.
- You confirm that you have the right to give us the business details and any logo you send, and to receive a report about those businesses.
- You won't use the reports to mislead anyone about a business, or present them as a guarantee of results.
We keep all rights to the Answerfolio software and methods.
Delivery and refunds
We deliver reports by email and private link within the time stated on the pricing page. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Answerfolio is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost clients.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes don't affect orders already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
